Colour Clockbuilding prototype
A multi purpose wifi connected clock based on Arduino and addressable LEDs that provides a few interesting educational use cases as well as just looking awesome on the wall.
Community Average Speed Checkproof of concept
Mobile app that uses ANPR, timing and geolocation APIs to create a peer-to-peer average speed check network that can be used to improve road safety and empower residents.
ScripticMVP was live at scriptic.io
A social platform for creating, playing and hosting SMS based clue trails. Built with React on a serverless architecture using FaunaDB, GraphQL, Netlify, Stripe and Twilio.
WiFi Positioning Systemsimple prototype built
Uses neural network trained on wifi SSID and signal strength values to predict x/y coordinates of a given device on a simple 2D map. 3D not been tested yet.
Audio Positioning Systemback of envelope stage
Uses multiple microphones to predict in real time where a sound originated in space based on speed of sound and the time each microphone detects a signal. Could provide a budget, room-scale hawkeye system e.g. for table tennis.
Colour Trail Toyback of envelope stage
A simple toy making use of a colour sensor and RGB LEDs to allow creation of colour trails by scanning a series of colours in the environment for other players to find as fast as they can.
And lots more at various stages of development
